Membership
Card:
To get the 10 free air-fill card, take the membership card to the La Canada
Sport Chalet cashier (card sample shown at the bottom of this page). Show them
the membership card and tell them that you would like the free air-fill card
which comes along with a one year membership to the Sole Searchers Dive Club.
(depending on the cashier, they may need to ask the manager to clarify this)
The Cashier will give you a Sport Chalet air-fill card worth 10 air-fills which
can be used at any Sport Chalet dive shop. Then the cashier will punch a hole
in the club membership card in the area with a fish icon (it also says “Punch
hole after receiving air card”). This process allows Sport Chalet to verify
you’ve received your free air-fill card.
Don’t forget to hold on to the Sole Searchers membership card. The card
will give you 10% off every time you purchase non-sale items in the Sport Chalet
dive shop.
Club group e-mail list:
Go to the Sole Searchers Dive Club web site at
www.solesearchersdiveclub.com and scroll down to the icon which says “Yahoo!
Groups, join now” click on the icon and follow the directions. Your request
will be sent to the e-groups moderator to make sure you are a current Sole Searchers
member before approval. Soon after the moderator approves, you’ll start
receiving club news and group e-mails from the club membership. You can also
use the group e-mail to send requests for a dive buddy, or just ask questions.
The club e-mail is only for the Sole Searchers Dive Club members, so you’ll
have the confidence in knowing that all inquiries are made to, and within our
group of friends.
The image below is a sample of the current membership card. If you own an older version, but the card is still current, please let Kaz know, and he will give you an updated card with the appropriate expiration date.
Also, you should still hold onto your old style Sole Searchers card (not shown below) if all the air fill squares have not been checked off. They work just like air fill cards at Sport Chalet. Untill all the squares are checked off, the old style cards can still be used at Sport Chalet.
